July 2008 Events and Incidents Harmon School of S.D.A Graduation was held on July 5th & 6th with over fifty (50) grandaunts.     Harmons Primary  School featured its annual Graduation ceremony on July 3rd 2008 at Scarborough S.D.A Church.  Outstanding efforts of pupils were rewarded by valuable awards. Black Rock Government Primary School held its Graduation ceremony with the theme- Success or Failure: its all up to you, on July 2nd 2008 at the School's Compound with the presentation of Certificates, awards and pictures.  Feature Address by Mr. Learie Paul.

The Tobago Mission of Seventh-Day-Adventist Churches Presented The GOOD NEWS GOSPEL EXPLOSION from April 18th Opposite Scarborough Esplanade Nightly at 7:00pm for Six (6) Weeks.
