 Tobago Heritage Festival 2007
Launch took place on the 22nd of June with a Street Parade
from James Park to Scarborough Esplanade, Milford Road, under the
theme: Ancestral Joys Proclaimed. Hundreds of spectators lined
the streets of Scarborough as villages portrayed briefly the
